Every person on this page has pulled fiberglass out of a Pflugerville attic in July, sealed top plates in a Windermere crawl space in January, and explained blower-door numbers to a homeowner who just wanted the upstairs bedroom to stop feeling like a sauna. What unites us isn’t a mission statement on a wall. It’s that we’ve all seen what happens when insulation gets done wrong, and we refuse to be the ones who leave it that way.

Wes Okafor, Owner
I’ve been in attics since 2016, and I still climb them on most jobs. Started this operation after watching a “professional” blow cellulose directly over unsealed can lights in a Wells Branch ranch - the homeowner’s energy bill dropped maybe eight percent, and the fire hazard stayed. I hold a BPI Building Analyst certification and a Texas Residential Appliance Installer license, but the credential that matters to me is the stack of blower-door printouts in my truck showing before-and-after numbers from 9,000-plus homes. When I’m not measuring attic square footage, I’m usually arguing with my smoker about brisket timing or trying to keep my dog from digging under the fence in Pflugerville’s Blackhawk neighborhood.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been sealing building envelopes for eleven years, the last four with us. He’s the one who taught half the crew how to use a smoke pencil to find leaks around chimney chases - old-school technique, but it works when the infrared camera’s batteries die in a 140-degree attic. He holds an Owens Corning Certified Energy Professional credential and specializes in spray foam applications in tight crawl spaces, which is to say he’s spent more hours on his back in a three-foot clearance than most people spend in their office chairs. Outside work, he runs a barbecue trailer out of Round Rock on weekends and will talk for twenty minutes about why post oak beats mesquite if you let him get started.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana came to us from commercial roofing, and she still moves like someone who’s used to carrying a bundle of shingles up a ladder in wind. She handles most of our blown-in insulation jobs in the Heatherwilde and Rowe Lane areas, where the 1990s builds have oddly pitched attic frames that look straightforward from the hatch and turn into a puzzle three feet in. She’s certified in Johns Manville attic system installation and has a particular skill for retrofitting radiant barriers in homes where the original builder left exactly six inches of clearance at the eaves. She keeps a notebook of every attic she’s worked in - not for the company, for herself - with sketches of unusual framing and notes on which neighborhoods have the worst rodent issues.
James K., Service Coordinator
James is the voice on the phone when you call (737) 259-8352, and he’s the one who makes sure Wes actually looks at the schedule before promising a same-day visit. He’s been with us since 2019, which means he’s heard every version of “my attic is making a noise” and knows which ones mean raccoon, which ones mean squirrel, and which ones mean the homeowner hasn’t been up there since 2007. He coordinates material orders from our suppliers - Owens Corning, Knauf, Rockwool, GreenFiber - and tracks which crews have which blower-door equipment on which days. He lives in Pflugerville proper, near Lake Pflugerville, and his hobby is apparently finding the most complicated coffee brewing method currently available; last year it was a siphon, this year it’s something involving a precision scale and a gooseneck kettle.
Elena V., Apprentice Installer
Elena joined us in 2023 after leaving a warehouse management job she describes as “soul-adjacent.” She’s working through her BPI Envelope Professional certification and has already passed the written portion; the field exam is scheduled for this fall. Right now she shadows Marcus on air-sealing jobs and handles most of our attic cleaning and rodent proofing work in the newer developments like Avalon and Sorrento, where builders left enough gaps in the envelope that we’ve found bird nests in soffits three years after construction. She’s the one who remembers to bring extra headlamps and never complains about the attics where you have to move in a crouch for forty-five minutes. She grew up in El Paso and still isn’t used to Pflugerville humidity, which the rest of the crew finds genuinely funny to watch.
